The initial consultation is always complimentary. I do not expect anyone to commit funds before meeting to assess the proper fit between us.

There are three basic types of services I offer. For each, I give my assurance that I will do everything I can to help you achieve your goals.

Fees vary depending on the complexity of the program/situation. Fees will be agreed upon before work begins.

Personal Training

The key here is finding enjoyment and using variety to build programs that are safe and effective. We will agree to clear objectives and work together to get the most from each session.

Health Coaching

The most passionate part of my work entails assisting others in transforming their health and appearance. This happens by engaging the body, mind and will – evolving a new relationship with ones’ physicality. Please make contact for further details on this original approach.

Sports Specific Conditioning

By working closely together and building personalized programs we can bring you to new levels in most sports. From tennis to kick boxing, a tailored program leads to excellence.

In addition, if your financial resources are limited (because you’re a student or work in the nonprofit sector, for example), I’m willing to consider special arrangements. I’ve built room in my business plan for two such clients at any given time. Barter, partial barter or sliding scale arrangements are possible. If you are in this situation please let me know and I’ll do what I can.
